Reach homeowners who need help

Motortreaty Heating & Air connects homeowners in the Austin area with independent local providers. If you run an HVAC business and want more calls from people who need AC repair, installation or replacement, this page is for you. This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees. We work with independent contractors.

Who fits the network

We look for providers who:

• Run their own heating and cooling business
• Serve homeowners in our region
• Handle AC repair, AC installation and replacement, or both
• Understand local homes, from slab-on-grade ranches to older pier-and-beam houses
• Are ready for busy hot, humid summers and storm season

What we expect

Homeowners come to us stressed and uncomfortable. They deserve clear answers. We ask providers to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance their work requires
• Give honest, written quotes before work begins
• Explain the problem and the options in plain language
• Respect the homeowner's home and their decision
• Answer referred calls with care and follow through

Providers set their own prices and terms. Motortreaty Heating & Air does not do the work and does not control how it is done.

How the network works for you

Homeowners call, and we match them with a provider who serves their area. You decide whether to take each job. We do not promise a set number of calls, because demand shifts with the weather and the season.
